Photoshop restoration layers revealed

Friday already and the week end is here. Below is what seem a small clean up job. Indeed the image is not in terrible condition. But I thought I would take this opportunity to illustrate how much work goes into even a simple restoration. Here is the cloning layer and dodge and burn layer from Photoshop for the restoration below.

Restoring badly torn photograph

This has to be one of the most satisfying restorations done to date. The original was torn into many pieces and required extensive Photoshop work to be painstakingly pieced back together.
